MEET OUR TEAM

David is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania '67 (BA), and Wharton Business School '72, with an MBA in Marketing. David served in the US Army as a 1st Lt. (1967-1970). With eighteen years of corporate finance experience, at Citibank 1972-1975, Goldman Sachs 1975-1983, Prudential Bache 1983-1985, and Drexel Burnham 1985-1990, David than acquired HEPCO in 1992. David is involved in all aspects of the company, with a particular focus on marketing and client relations.

Mr. Lee has over 25 years of experience in the service and retail industries with extensive backgrounds in management, sales, recruiting and training. He is currently a senior member of our recruiting staff serving multiple industries, with a specific focus on personnel with engineering backgrounds. He joined HEPCO in 1992.

As a recruiter he enjoys interacting with people from all walks of life and that every day is different. Outside of the office, Tom is an avid golfer and is skilled at repairing his golf clubs.  

Ms. Crewes is a 2012 graduate of Caldwell College with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Social Sciences. She has over 20 years of experience managing payroll, client invoicing and accounts receivables. Ms. Crewes also manages HEPCO's Saddle Brook office. She joined HEPCO in 1993. 

Graduated from Berkeley College in 2011 with a bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Kristian has over a decade of experience in customer service. Kristian is responsible for maximizing employee work performance, overseeing employee rights packages, and assisting with security clearances. She joined HEPCO in 2020.

Graduate of Mount Saint Mary College (BA) and a 24-year veteran of the U.S Navy. He has over 20 years of leadership in sales and marketing. During his career in the armed forces he has led numerous management teams within the U.S and abroad. He has over 15 years of talent acquisition and accession of personnel in advanced engineering, cyber warfare electronics, avionics and information technology. He joined HEPCO in 2017.
