Experience in thermal design management of high power electronics is mandatory.
Related experience is required in analysis and mitigation of thermal induced stress in electronic components and associated interfaces.
Experience with FLOTHERM, FLUENT/Icepak or other CFD modeling tools is required.
Experience with Ansys/DesignSpace, or other FE modeling tools is also required.
Experienced with Pro-Engineer is preferred.

- Must be able to understand and interpret control and relay schematics, and to develop complex wiring diagrams and CWD's from electrical elementary diagrams and/or vendor control schematics.
- Proficiency in Auto-CADD is preferred.
- Candidates will occasionally be required to field verify drawings and update them to as-built standards.
