Description:
Excellent contract employment opportunity for a Space Planner with a strong background in space planning for large office complexes.
The person will be involved with all space planning issues for a large commercial office building including but not limited to design, coordinating moves, managing inventory, space allocation, etc.

Required Education:
Candidates should have a technical degree along with 5+ years of corporate space planning experience.
Required Experience:
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Must have the ability to interface with clients and senior management staff.
- Must have expertise in AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of CAFM software package is a plus.
- Must be proficient in the use Microsoft Office.
Duration:
6 + months
