The HEPCO Management Team is a well orchestrated team of professionals with diverse skill sets within the technical staffing industry. The experience of the team represents over one hundred and fifty years in the client services and temporary staffing industry.

David B. du Pont, Chairman & CEO

Graduate of the University of Pennsylvania '67 (BA).  US Army 1st Lt. (1967-1970).  Wharton '72 (MBA Marketing).  Eighteen years corporate finance (Citibank 1972-1975, Goldman Sachs 1975-1983, Prudential Bache 1983-1985, and Drexel Burnham 1985-1990).   Acquired HEPCO in 1992.   Involved in all aspects of the Company with particular focus on marketing and client relations.

Paul Lorenzen, Senior Vice President - Marketing

Graduate of Holy Cross College, '73 (BA - Economics).  Over 20 years in temporary (clerical and engineering) staffing industry in New York City area, including six years with Sloan Staffing Services and four years with TAD Technical Services.  Served for two years as Secretary, National Technical Services Association (NY-NJ branch).  Present responsibilities include marketing and recruiting in New York City and Westchester County.  He joined HEPCO in 1995.

Robert Glynn, Vice President – Marketing & FSO

Mr. Glynn has 30 years of marketing experience.  He has held senior positions with several national marketing organizations, and while at HEPCO, has successfully focused on increasing our presence with a broad cross section of State and Federal agencies to include the State and City of New York.  He joined HEPCO in 2000.

Karen Maday, Vice President - Marketing & Recruiting

Ms. Maday has 10 years staffing industry experience with an emphasis on Sales & Marketing, Client Relations and Professional Recruitment focusing on Engineering, IT and Executive Search Placement.  She brings her Industry experience from both Manpower International and Express Employment Professionals.   She joined HEPCO in 2009.

John Glynn, Vice President- Marketing Texas and Mid West

Graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson, '81 (BS Business Management).  Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) '87
24 years staffing experience with emphasis on Marketing and Outsourcing at Manpower International, Spherion and Cross Associates.  Current responsibility for Houston area.  He joined HEPCO in 2008.

John Pape, Chief Financial Officer

Graduate of New York Institute of Technology '76 (BS - Accounting).  Oversees the financial and accounting operations of the company.  Has over 30 years of diversified public accounting and private industry experience, to include tax management.  Responsible for payroll, tax filings, client billings and overall financial strategy.  He joined HEPCO in 2001.

Tammy Crewes, Comptroller & Office Manager

Ms. Crewes has over 20 years of experience managing payroll, client invoicing and accounts receivables.  She also manages HEPCO'S Saddle Brook and Houston offices.  She joined HEPCO in 1993.

Tom Lee, Vice President - Recruiting

Mr. Lee has over 20 years of experience in the service and retail industries with extensive backgrounds in management, sales, recruiting and training.  He is currently a senior member of our recruiting staff serving multiple industries, with a specific focus on personnel with engineering backgrounds.  He joined HEPCO in 1992.

Patrick Carpenter, Vice President - Recruiting

Mr. Carpenter has over 16 years of recruiting experience in the design and engineering field.  His wide range of experience includes, but is not limited to, interviewing candidates, negotiating rates, networking and resume oversight.  As a member of the Recruiting Staff, he helps to provide the foundation for the recruiting network.  He joined HEPCO in 1994.

James Shih, Vice President - Recruiting

Mr. Shih graduated from Rutgers University School of Engineering, '81 Industrial Engineering.  He has over 20 years of engineering marketing and recruiting experience.  In addition to his well defined experience in recruiting engineers, he also has a very strong IT recruiting background.  He joined HEPCO in 2005.

David May – Recruiting

Mr. May graduated from Marist College '08 with a degree in Business Administration.  He is actively involved in recruiting engineers across the entire spectrum of the engineering disciplines.  He joined HEPCO in 2009.
