Our approach to client service is very simply expressed. Provide clients with candidates who are well qualified for the position requirement, on a timely and cost effective basis. For permanent searches, HEPCO initially phone screens each candidate and then conducts extensive reference checks. Once this is completed, if the candidate does not live locally, we suggest the client conduct one or more initial phone interviews before committing to bringing the candidate in for personal interviews.
