Description:
Opportunity for an OSP Engineer in the Centralized SPOC (Single Point of Contact) group. Will be a member of the SPOC team of engineers.
This work group's responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Hi-CAP, FiOS, DSL and DSO-level service order provisioning, inter-departmental assistance including field technician calls, FiOS address corrections/inquiries and the monitoring/resolution of RMAs (Request for Manual Assistance) and held orders.

Required Experience:
- Good computer skills (Windows-based programs i.e., Word, Excel, etc.)
- Knowledge of current OSP Engineering methods and procedures.
- Knowledge of ICGS, iVAPP, BDMS, LFACS and Aardwolf would be very useful.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Systems analysis and troubleshooting skills.
