HEPCO is a technical staffing organization dedicated to providing technical industries with contract personnel and permanent placement services. Founded in 1973, HEPCO has placed thousands of productive contractors within the Engineering, Information Services and Telecommunications disciplines. Since 1995, our permanent placement division has matched hundreds of direct job candidates with major corporations within these same industries.

HEPCO's outsourcing division has succeeded in helping major corporations manage their Facilities and Engineering Departments. Whether taking full project responsibility for entire facilities or simply supplementing our clients' engineering staff, HEPCO has succeeded in providing cost effective and productive technical personnel.

HEPCO is able to process Security Clearances (through the level of "Secret") for Consultants assigned to Department of Defense related contracts. In addition, HEPCO can arrange for Nuclear Regulatory Commission clearances to be processed for consultants assigned to nuclear power plants. HEPCO is also happy to comply with client needs for background investigations of new consultants, including drug testing, criminal and motor vehicle records. Background checks are processed through a third party and require signed employee release statements.

HEPCO's innovative "Payroll Plus" program is a popular and cost-effective business tool geared for companies with large numbers of highly paid temporary or contract personnel. "Payroll Plus" is more than a traditional payrolling service - it enables companies to actually save money as state and federally mandated employer costs such as unemployment insurance and FICA ceilings are reached.
